白振旭，男，教授，博士生导师，河北工业大学电子信息工程学院副院长、河北省先进激光技术与装备重点实验室副主任。哈尔滨工业大学航天学院可调谐激光技术国家重点实验室博士毕业，期间在澳大利亚麦考瑞大学光子中心联合培养。现担任中国光学光电子行业协会激光应用分会青年委员、天津市激光技术学会常务理事、河北省光学学会理事、天津市学位与研究生教育学会理事、北京光学学会青年工作委员会委员，担任美国光学学会（Optica）、国际光学工程学会（SPIE）、中国光学学会（COS）和中国光学工程学会（CSOE）河北工业大学学生分会的指导教师，以及《光电技术应用》、《红外与激光工程》、《中国激光》、《应用光学》等期刊的青年编委。入选2022年度全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单（Optics-Optoelectronics & Photonics领域）。

教学方面：担任天津市一流本科课程负责人，河北省研究生课程思政示范课负责人，以及国家级一流本科课程团队核心成员。主持河北省高等教育教学改革研究与实践项目、河北省研究生教育教学改革研究项目、教育部产学合作协同育人项目等教改项目6项。荣获全国高校混合式教学创新大赛一等奖、天津市高校青教赛一等奖、河北省教育教学信息化大赛一等奖，作为骨干成员荣获全国高校教师教学创新大赛一等奖等多项竞赛奖励。

科研方面：主要研究方向为高功率激光技术及非线性频率变换，作为项目负责人主持JW装备发展部领域基金、国家自然科学基金面上及青年项目、河北省杰出青年科学基金、天津市和河北省自然科学基金面上及青年等科研项目。成果荣获国际光学工程学会Teddi Laurin奖、Light: Science & Applications光学青年科学家竞赛“Rising Stars of Light”一等奖、河北省技术发明二等奖、国家某部委“慧眼行动”装备大赛优胜奖、国家某部委“源创杯”全国三等奖、Functional Diamond优秀青年学者奖（Excellent Young Scientist Award）。在APL Photonics、High Power Laser Sci.、Appl. Phys. Lett.、Opt. Lett.、Opt. Express等光学领域知名期刊发表学术论文80余篇（其中入选ESI热点论文2篇、ESI高被引论文4篇、封面/Editors' Pick/特邀论文10余篇）、授权专利20余项。多项成果得到美国物理联合会、Phys.org、Laser Focus World、中国光学期刊网等国内外媒体的报道，并被收录于国家高端智库“中国信息与电子工程科技发展战略中心”发布的《中国电子信息工程科技发展研究-光学工程专题》，关于金刚石激光技术的相关成果连续多年收录于《碳材料产业发展蓝皮书》。

   Zhenxu Bai, a professor at the Hebei University of Technology, currently serves as the Deputy Dean of the School of Electronic and Information Engineering, Deputy Director of the Center for Advanced Laser Technology and Deputy Director of the Hebei Key Laboratory of Advanced Laser Technology and Equipment. He is the executive director of the Tianjin Laser Technology Society and the director of the Hebei Optical Society. Professor Bai plays an advisory role for the OPTICA, SPIE, COS and CSOE Student Chapters at the Hebei University of Technology. He is also a young editorial board member for several journals, including Infrared and Laser Engineering, Chinese Journal of Lasers, and Journal of Applied Optics. His primary research interest lies in high-power laser technology and nonlinear frequency conversion. As a project leader, he has led over 20 projects including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Provincial Outstanding Youth Science Fund, and the National Defense Pre-Research Fund. Zhenxu has been awarded the Teddi Laurin Scholarship award by SPIE, the first prize of the "Rising Stars of Light" award by Light: Science & Applications, and the second prize for Technological Invention in Hebei Province. He has published over 80 academic papers in renowned optics journals and holds 20 authorized patents. In recognition of his outstanding work in the field of diamond lasers, he was awarded the Excellent Young Scientist Award by Functional Diamond. He has been recognized among the world's top 2% of scientists in the Optics (Sub-field: Optoelectronics & Photonics) discipline, according to the index compiled by Stanford University in 2022.
